Upon taking ownership, Manuel and his family transformed it into a thriving coffee farm through dedicated agricultural work, expanding both the planting and harvesting of coffee plants. Over three generations, the family has poured effort into enhancing the farm, aiming not just for higher yields but also for exceptional quality, bringing a unique character to their coffee. They’ve diversified the land by adding citrus and avocado trees, blending these crops naturally with the coffee fields. Living and working on the farm, Manuel finds the harvest season and market preparation especially rewarding.
