At long last, we are excited to bring back another Papua New Guinea into our lineup. We know you've missed it as much as we have. Getting the opportunity to share this exceptional coffee with you is a true pleasure.
When we first opened up in 2018, Peach had a few single-origin staples like the Lintong, Zambia and Papua New Guinea. Those classics were Josh's (Director of Coffee) favorites in the early days. Though we've had some great coffees over the last couple of years, those three especially highlighted how diverse and delicious coffee can be. Having a Papua New Guinea back in the line-up has our team ecstatic to share.

This coffee is from the Koruga Estate in the Chimbu Province. It is rare to see Natural Anaerobics from the region. However, experimental processes are quickly reaching different corners of the world. We've been blown away by the flavor complexities of this PNG. However, it holds true to the terroir providing some earthy and chocolaty notes.
